Because of our zero-data-collection design, we do not have access to:

- Your immigration case details or application content
- Your financial information or payment details
- Your location data or browsing habits
- Any other personal data you input into the app
How Our App Works
Our app operates with complete privacy by design:
- When you enter a case number, our app connects directly to the official USCIS API
- Case status information is displayed to you without being stored on our servers
- Any preferences or settings you choose are stored only on your device
- Notifications are generated locally on your device based on USCIS data, not from our servers
- Case tracking occurs entirely on your device without requiring account creation

Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- Complete Control: You have full control over any information entered into the app.
- Local Data Management: You can clear all app data through your device settings at any time.
- App Removal: Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored information.
- No Server Deletion Needed: There is no need to contact us for data deletion as we don't store your data on our servers.
You can export or clear your locally stored data at any time through the app settings menu.
Device Storage
Any information you enter in the app is stored only in your device's local storage. This data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the application. We recommend using your device's built-in security features (such as passcode, fingerprint, or face recognition) to protect access to this locally stored information.

Our zero-data-collection design supports California residents' privacy rights under the CCPA:
